Social Messaging
Allow compliant WhatsApp messaging as an official WhatsApp business account directly inside MultiLine. Send, read, and reply to WhatsApp messages on the MultiLine messages screen alongside SMS, other instant messages, and Voicemail messages. There’s no change in experience for the WhatsApp user, and they can view your business profile from the WhatsApp conversation.

Access the MultiLine dialer and messenger to make and receive calls and texts directly inside Salesforce. All voice and text conversations through MultiLine are automatically logged within Salesforce against contact and opportunity record.
