What inspired you to join Movius, and what has your journey been like so far?
Over the past several years, I’ve been deeply focused on communication technology—specifically, how businesses engage with their customers. I had been exploring ideas centered around messaging as a core communication channel and was in the early stages of developing a business plan to turn those ideas into a startup.
It was during this time that I was introduced to Movius through an investor I knew. As I began to learn more about the company, it quickly became clear that Movius offered the best platform to make a real impact in the very space I was passionate about. What truly stood out was Movius’ access to a broad and impressive portfolio of high-profile customers—an opportunity that few startups could match.
That realization inspired me to join the company, and the journey since then has been phenomenal. The growth, the level of responsibility, and the opportunity to serve some of the most demanding—but rightfully so—customers in the industry has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding. These are organizations that care deeply about delivering exceptional experiences to their own customers, and being part of enabling that has been the most satisfying part of my journey at Movius.
What excites you most about your role and the impact you create?
As Chief Product Officer, my core responsibility is to evaluate market opportunities, understand customer needs, and develop product strategies that address those needs. More importantly, it’s about translating those strategies into tangible, executable ideas—and ultimately delivering them as real, impactful products.
What I find most rewarding is the ability to deploy these products at scale, knowing they directly influence the success of our customers’ businesses. It’s both satisfying and humbling to see our solutions become mission-critical components in our customers’ daily operations.
Opportunities to build products with this level of impact are rare, and being part of that journey—where what we create truly matters to our customers—is what makes my role at Movius so meaningful.
How would you describe the work culture at Movius in three words?
I’ve always believed that culture is the outcome of what you do consistently—every single day. It’s defined by how you behave, how you treat others, and how you serve your customers. Culture isn’t just a statement on the wall—it’s the sum of actions and values in motion.
If I had to describe our culture at Movius in three words, they would be:
1. Passion – Without passion, it’s impossible to build great products that customers truly love. Passion fuels innovation and commitment.
2. Perseverance – In any business, there are highs and lows. Successes and failures are part of the journey. What matters is having the resilience to push forward, stay focused on your vision, and stay true to your purpose.
3. Pride – We take pride in what we do. That pride is what drives accountability and a sense of ownership in every part of the business.
These three values—passion, perseverance, and pride—are not just words to us. They are the foundation of our culture and the driving force behind everything we do at Movius.
What advice would you give to someone considering joining Movius?
Any company you choose to join should be seen as an investment in yourself—an opportunity to grow, contribute, and build something meaningful. The work you do becomes part of your legacy, no matter whether you’re at Company A or Company B. It’s the mark you leave behind.
For anyone joining Movius, I always come back to the three words that define our culture: passion, perseverance, and pride.
• Be passionate about what you do. Don’t just complete tasks because someone asked you to. Ask why—why are we doing this, and what impact will it have? When you’re driven by purpose, the quality of your work naturally elevates.
• Take pride in your work. Pride creates a sense of ownership and drives accountability. It means standing behind what you deliver and always aiming to make it better.
• Persevere through the challenges. There will be tough problems to solve, and you may not have the answers right away. That’s okay. What matters is your willingness to stay persistent, keep digging, and find solutions.
If you embrace these values and treat your time here as a meaningful step in your personal and professional journey, the rest tends to fall into place. That’s the mindset that leads to real impact—not just for the company, but for your own growth as well.
